We have recently had several new members upset that they didn't see how to pay annually vs monthly when they signed up. Once they were members, they tried to change to annual billing, and that isn't an option. Our only work around has been having them cancel, which then requires them waiting out the full first month until they can resubscribe as annual. Even if we cancel and refund from our side, they can't re-join as a annual member until after the first month. We'd also love to offer an incentive for monthly members to upgrade to annual, but with the current process, that would be a disaster. Thanks!
