We ship out physical rewards to our members like stickers, etc. and really need a solution to capturing their mailing address.
We've currently setup a Google Form in the thank-you message, but there should be a built-in way to capture their addresses when they sign up.

This is similar to other requests that capture the sign-up and use an API to send the information, such as to MailChimp or MailerLite.
